Male Student is Possibly Raped; Gets Expelled for Sexual Assaut

While being denied the ability to introduce evidence at his hearing
summary: guy gets black out drunk. gf's roommate rapes him. when he "comes to" he kicks her out, she admits in a text she did something "fricking stupid" when she realizes what she's done. then she claims she was raped to lessen the issues with her choice.

These college rape tribunals have got to go. Let the judicial system sort it out then make a decision.
Also, why is the "victim's" name not anonymized but the "perpetrator's" is?

Seems like I remember this on here before but it may have been on the political board. Anyway, it proves how fricked up the system at some colleges have become to deal with accusations of rape. For all intents and purposes they've set up a system where all a girl has to do is accuse a guy of rape and he's guilty until proven innocent. To make matters worse, not only is she not required to give evidence she was raped, they won't even consider any evidence that might disprove or at least bring doubt on her rape claim.
Bottom line to all this should be a stark warning to guys about to enter college and their parents. In years past it's been the norm for parents to need to sit their daughters down to have a talk to warn them against things like going out to the bars and getting too drunk or ending up in the wrong situation that would leave them vulnerable to attack. Now parents of males likewise need to have the same talk with their sons now to warn them about the dangers they face from putting themselves into situations where they can potentially be falsely accused of rape.

Another college that thinks it can operate in a bubble, until reality and the legitimate legal system shows up. The kid will win, and it will be another victory against lying co-eds and the SJW nutjob revolution.

The problem is that cases like this are an overcompensation for all the "unreported" or "mishandled" rape cases. There's nothing that scares liberal universities more than SJW's screaming about not keeping women safe on campus.
