Scentsy warmers are good, albeit a bit overpriced (knockoffs are available).

The other day I simmered a bag of mulling spices in some water for an hour or so. 'Twas amazing.

Essential oils in a diffuser with a timer.

I have wallflowers all over the house from Bath and Body Works

They have a ton of different scents available as well. Smells better than the glade ones you buy at the grocery store. Friend came to visit and commented on how great my house smelled(and we have 2 dogs).

What do the ladies and gentlemen of the OT use to make their houses or apartments smell delightful?

My apartment is clean and doesn't smell bad, but I'd love to add a scent that is subtle but noticeable at all times. Not just when I light a candle.

I have no pets.

I use 4 of the air wick plugin units and get the 8 pack refills from Sam's Club. Keep the nets open on the middle number for average venting. I use some kind of vanilla cookies or another lightly scented aroma. 2 are downstairs - one near the cat litter box and the other near the front door. 2 are upstairs , one in the hallway and one in the master bedroom, the largest room upstairs. Overall, they work well. Not queer here...

Get you an essential oil diffuser, baw. Don't think the shite has any health benefits but some of those oils smell incredible.

That's the answer. Scentsy's are ok, candles are good, plug ins fine but you will find nothing that gives you the options of the oil diffuser. Got one for Christmas 2014 didn't even know what it was when I opened it up- am addicted now and would order the same night from amazon if mine went kaput. You can do individual scents or mix to please yourself or you can buy already mixed scents (like stress relief etc). It makes your house smell like you just walked into a fancy spa.

My wife goes to WalMart and buys whatever scented wax is on sale (normally $2-$4) and burns it a little ceramic dish with a lightbulb under it. She's always getting complimented on how good it smells.

I don't let her put anything cinnamon scented, shite gives me a headache.

Google it and look at the second definition

I meant it smells cozy/nice

Hindsight it's probably not the best word of choice though

I got my So an essential oil diffuser for Christmas and she loves it. We used the lug ins but i hated how they monopolized outlets in essential areas so I got her that.

It smells better, has a much larger radius, and gives a lot more control.
