In the back of her vehicle, and not one other place that I know of. This, to me, indicates that she was killed elsewhere. This doesn't exclude anyone, but I'd be curious to know what effect this had on investigators looking at other possible sites.

Its kind of a tv/movie myth that serial killers want to be caught. This dude operated for 60+ years and was only caught b/c his daughter turned him in.
