Making a list of waitresses names

So I started making a list of all the waitresses names at bars and restaurants that I frequent often, mainly because I get drunk and forget. Anyone else done this? Many of them are also bartenders which gets tricky because I won't know where I knew or met them.

Dude we've all thought about how awesome it would be to go murdering all the waitresses that we gawk at every week. But you don't post about it. That's just weird.
