My 16 year old daughter soon to be 17 still doesn’t have her license and I don’t think she really gaf. Most of her friends drive, we live .5 mile from her school, she knows how to Uber and order food to be delivered.
My son, due to COVID didn’t start driving on his own till he was 17
On the other hand, I had my own GMC Jimmy when I was 14 and was driving by myself the day I turned 15.

my son is 16 and is ZERO hurry. when I told him we were going driving today, he said "I really don't want to"

You have no idea how frightening it is to ride in a vehicle with a 16 year old in New Orleans. I don’t want to ride with them as much as she doesn’t want me to ride with her
