No lunch for me. I'm having a hard time drinking a 20oz Gatorade.. Mother back of my throat feels like it was put through a meat grinder and I can barely swallow.
And I have family in from Vegas and LA that I don't feel I can even visit with

I used to eat pure protein because of the contents but it's pretty gross. These bars are decent considering where the calories come from.
