They are low calorie, high in protein and a cheap lunch option. I was eating them on my diet and just haven't really changed my habits since they are easy.

I like them. The texture takes some getting used to but I look forward to them for lunch for sure.

I may have to get some. I get tired of protein drinks and I haven't found a protein bar that doesn't taste like chalk.

I don't. I really don't eat THAT much protein.
Protein stuff is generally just easy to grab and go. And is clearly a better decision than a coke and bag of donut holes.
