i saw the poor thread and didn't post in it or read it...i'm sure it turned into posters one-upping each other in poorness, right?

That and the BS stories about how the new Lambo was in the shop and they had to take their wife's Porsche SUV to the store.

For me, I went about $2K into credit card debt between my last two years at LSU. I was studying in Europe at the time, so I think it was worth it. I worked at Papa John's to pay it off.

So freaking awesome! Had a great time. Got stopped at a DUI check point on the way out and I have no idea how my friend passed. That was pretty scary. Especially so far from home.

Who opened for them? When my friends saw them in San Diego it was a jazz guy, but they said Kid Rock was opening some shows.

I think it's a different person everywhere. Ours was The Avett Brothers, but we missed them because the traffic was so awful. The one my moms friend went to was Ed Sherran. The one my mom went to was Grace Potter.

It was amazing! Definitely a bucket list show. Saw Fleetwood Mac a few months ago, they were also amazing. And Christine was back with them. That was a bucket list show too. If Led Zeppelin could reunite with Jason Bonham on drums, and I could actually manage a ticket to their show, I could die a happy woman.

i haven't been to a large scale paid concert in 6 or 7 years

tickets are overpriced for crappy sound and the crowd singing along to every song.

heard for the Garth show in houston he stopped singing 4 or 5 times cause the crowd was singing all the words so loud. what's the point?

I took my mom to the Eagles concert in Houston for her birthday. It was a good time.
