Nurse, call your EAP. They should be able to help with services for your siblings and possibly your parents. We're looking at retirement communities for my parents, but they are on a pretty tight budget. They'll be staying with us while they decide if they want to stay in Ca or move back here.

My 17 year old daughter drives like a bat out of hell and my 19 year old son drives like a old grandma. I wonder which side my 16 year old will fall. It is nice having them driving me around now though.
