Agreed, I follow him on the gram and his post are pretty funny. But I'm not going all the way to his wordpress to check out what he's eating. That's too much damn work.

One of the things most of them constantly preach is situational awareness... be aware of your surroundings and keep your head on a swivel. Obviously you can't protect against everything but it can't hurt to have a basic skill set to protect yourself. If a female puts up enough of a fight it might make the guy go find a softer target.

I was there a while back and ended up working with one of the females for a little while. We were doing some knife work. I watch the chest area so I can see when the shoulder starts to move... kinda get an idea of which hand is about to come at me (helps w/ defending punches and shite). I noticed she kept pulling her shirt up and I finally said "I'm watching your shoulders, I'm not staring at your boobs". I think it caught her off guard.
