Softshell crab over stone ground grits with a cherry tomato, cucumber and red onion salad

Buttermilk chess pie with a mayhaw glaze

You are supposed to sear it on the big green after you sous vide it. Those wierdos on the Fdb don't know shite.

If you put a steak in a Ziploc and leave it out in the sun all day it's pretty much perfect by dinner time.

Seems like a lot of work...

I've got an Acorn right now but my buddy is about to take it so I may be in the market for a decent charcoal grill.
