I moved. With the same company but I'm working from a home office now. No more gym, lunches and baristas for me. Just my own fridge and Keurig.

i don't think i've ever seen this many people get excited over a grilled chicken & kale salad until i saw emeril bam a dish with 40 cloves of garlic.

2. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces

i'm in the early stages of learning how to cook chicken on the pan. i can do some blackened in my cast iron with some baking time

until about 4 months ago i only cooked chicken (1) in the oven or (2) on the open flames of a BBQ grill

Marinate a pack of chicken breasts in Italian Dressing, with seasoning of your choice. Grill on the pit. Brush lightly with BBQ sauce before you take off and let carmelize. Freeze them and whenever you make salad, pop in microwave, cut up on top, and serve.

i've had way too many people tell me lately how awesome i am to not think you'd walk away wanting to jump my bones

let me go through some failure and possibly a depressive period and my belief system will more reflect reality
