Newsflash: EBR has been doing this shite since I was in school 89-91. DPW would literally wait until mid August to begin construction on projects on Nicholson. Those MFrs have never done construction during "break". They purposefully wait till LSU returns to start putting out orange barrels

I went down college from perkins to burbank at 5pm, against my better judgement. took an hour. no construction workers to be found between highland/burbank. they need to be working on that shite 24-7
