For medical purposes.

Quite a sea change I would say for Louisiana for its flagship university to start growing pot.

Not if the Louisiana Family Forum, DA's Association, and Sheriff's Association have anything to do with it.

Why is that an issue...If you truly "need" this for your health, it shouldn't matter how you get it

It's going to be baby steps in any southern state. I expect it will be fully legalized at the Federal and all state levels in five years. The movement is gaining critical mass now. Especially with politicians seeing the amount of money in taxes that Colorado is able to bring in.

It's sad what's happening to our once wholesome, God fearing state.

I went to Ole Miss and they have a massive marijuana field on campus. They burned it all down every once in a while and you could smell it faintly in the air in the apartments next door.

The security on that thing was nuts.

I'm in my late forties and don't ever seem to remember this time. When was that exactly?

It severely limits its usability for medicinal purposes by restricting it to those forms.

Really all we need to do is get rid of family forum and the insane amount of money and stupidity. that FF uses to strong arm the sheriff's and Da. Then show how we can save a ton of money through a decrease in incarceration, prosecution, and enforcement. All while bringing in NEW tax revenue.

google how people use it medically. This won't even allow vaping.

ETA:
Unless they changed it. Which may have happened, I didn't read it. The bill that was going through state legislature recently only allowed for forms of it that didn't allow more some of the more common medicinal use methods.

When I can drive to a dispensary in my hometown of Shreveport up on Youree Drive, that is when I will know that we are in a brave new world. Would have been unthinkable when I was in high school and college. You degenerate Millennials are going to be the downfall of this country.

I didn't think they were going to allow inhaling it in any form?

Did they change the proposed legislation?

Louisiana, because of New Orleans alone, would see a huge economic burst with legalization.
