Louisiana state police arrest independence police officer on several felonies

It's a Facebook link on state police page and I am on the phone so it won't let me link. He was charged with taking money from Hispanics. I hate when police cover for each other. Haha I'll try to copy and past the release.

Lol, he was doing civil forfeiture all wrong. He was way too obvious with it so the indy PD had to nip it in the bud.
What he got arrested for is being done daily to weekly all throughout Louisiana by local cops, it's just an art form that's learned.
