Correct. They also have to maintain their COI's however I'm not sure if they have to go through dry dock inspections. I know the barges don't unless they are ABS which I doubt any of them are.

They all have to have a captain. Laurberge LC has a captain and there's no possible way that damn thing goes anywhere.
