It's the fools that think they're Nascar drivers crossing two lanes at a time, weaving in and out, trying to squeeze into spaces between cars just big enough for their own car to fit, etc. Sometimes you'll see 2 cars in a row doing it, like it's some sort of "keep up with me if you can" game.

this isn't even a fricking contest. Seriously, you realize when you've entered the state just by how shitty the driving becomes...it is amazing
