Louisiana Drivers

Have to be the worst in America. Moved to Arkansas in August for school and never once got mad over drivers or traffic problems. Passed through Baton Rouge today for my first time back home since and flipped four people off because I was cut off or someone decided they missed their exit and went across 3 lanes to exit

They were probably originally from Tejas, moved to this great state and never did figure out that driving in the right lane is where you are suppose to be unless passing

I'd say it's a situation where poor situational awareness and subpar driving skill meets inadequately adapted road/traffic system. It's pretty bad for such a small town which is what makes it so damn annoying. I see just plain dumb stuff seemingly every day around here.
