Anybody here loud sirens (think like wooooooooooh...wooohhhhhhhh), like not a fire truck alarm or police siren...

Probably Shell or BASF testing their alarm. Would be my guess.

Shell does their testing Fridays at noon.
BASF of Mondays at 1.
