Autotask

It best fit our needs because of the integration with Quickbooks online, a mobile app, AVG managed workplace and a few other vendors we use. We also use the email parser for our support email address that opens tickets automatically and we plan on using the Exchange integration soon for scheduling.

I'd be glad to introduce you to our account rep or answer any other questions you might have.

MS Dynamics has 3 subscription levels...$65 is for the top level which includes marketing and service industry features. The second level is $30/mth and the third is $15/mth. Just need to research these to see which level you're group fits into. One side if our business uses act off premises and their issue seems to be keeping it updated when new versions of outlook come out. I see know where act has a cloud based offering but I think I'm headed towards the MS Dynamics online offering for $30/mth because we're starting to use MS 365 some as well.

Good luck.

Sugar for small business

I like Sugar a lot. That was when I was with a small business though. We are on Seibel at my new job and it sucks nuts. Moving to Salesforce by end of the year so hopefully that is a better experience
