Based upon Chauna's post, she thinks the Baton Rouge Zoo is purposely being run down so "they" can move it.

I swear to God. This woman is a waste of good air. People like Chauna Banks, Gary Chambers, Denise Marcelle, Broome, etc. have absolutely nothing of value to bring to the table, so all they do is race bait incessantly. They don't have any solutions or good ideas to contribute, so they play the race card for all it's worth. It sickens me.

Chauna Banks is one of the biggest stains on this city...along with Broome, Gravy and Marcelle. It seriously boggles the mind that people would vote for a person as dumb as she is. It speaks incredibly strongly about her constituents. Her constituents must be as dumb as she is, that's the only thing I can think of.
I know we joke (semi joking I guess) about how fricked this city is, but we really and truly are fricked. Chauna Banks isn't smart enough to be a janitor, much less be in charge of representing people. If this is the best her district has to offer, they are a bunch of brain dead morons.
This city will be much better off when she's gone.

That's the sad part. Like the people there are purposely holding back the potential. When I say people, I mean the curators, keepers, and the staff that are on the grounds daily. Those people bust their arse daily and want nothing but the best for the animals.

I'm actually shocked when I go to a national park, or big metropolitan museum, or any damned thing in DC, and I don't have to pay to get in. I'm genuinely surprised by that, because in Louisiana I have to pay to get into everything; usually have to pay to get into the parking lot of those facilities too.
And now I'm Louisiana I get to pay a tax to get into a Louisiana "public" facility funded by my taxes.
