Some will get this some won't. It's a phrase used by feminists.
Here are some quotes directly from the person that made it up.
quote:

Technically speaking, “Nolite te bastardes carborundorum”—a phrase found in Margaret Atwood’s novel The Handmaid’s Tale and, more recently, its TV adaptation that was just renewed for a second season on Hulu—means nothing. It’s a made-up phrase in mock Latin—a schoolboy’s joke, as it’s explained in both the novel and the series.

quote:

“I’ll tell you the weird thing about it,” Atwood told Time magazine about the quote this spring. “It was a joke in our Latin classes. So this thing from my childhood is permanently on people’s bodies.”

"Don't let the bastards grind you down."

Someone is using it and has no idea it means absolutely nothing. Part of it is a completely made up word that doesn't exist.

I had a feminist teacher in high school that had us read it.

It's terrible. Has no conclusion, not unlike most woman's thoughts.

I saw it posted on someone's page that I shall not name. I just find it funny that people use certain phrases to seem strong and intelligent and have no idea what they mean or that they are actually completely made up.

is just another made-up phrase. carborundum is a trade name for silicon carbide. it's not a latin word.
