Let's discuss single moms: Father's Day edition (update Page 5)

I'm in my late 30's, recently divorced, and have no children. Very happy with life right now. Needless to say, I am becoming well-aware of the existence of single moms. My experiences have been limited thus far, but most have been positive. The sex does seem to be of a higher caliber, but you can't just show up at her house at 10 p.m. on a Tuesday for some action.
What are the benefits of dating a single mom? Downsides? Potential pitfalls? Do they want a new man for themselves or for their children? Do they want commitment at all?
On a related note, since it's Father's Day, lots of kids are probably with dad this weekend. I bet wine and cocktail bars will be crawling with 30-45 year old poon tonight. This is your chance, baws. Go bang some other guy's former bride. I've got my peptides and ready to rock.

If you're single and in your 30's and not fabulously wealthy then it's going to be about 75% of the dating pool despite what people say on this site. And yes they are far better in bed.

I have no interest in being a stepdad. frick that.
Also anyone 3 years within my age with kids and being single/divorced seem to be train wrecks. I may consider in my late 30s but nothing earlier.

So if you're a decently well to do white guy in his 30s, you can't date someone in their 20s? Are you retarded or something?

this is a problem that i would always run into. Because as much shite as I get on this site, I really have my shite together IRL, got my own house, own my own business, go to church every sunday, was raised right, and single mom's see me and they lock on like a heat seeking missle. I can't / couldn't do flings with single mom's because they saw me as daddy material. I still have a okcupid account and the last time i had checked it i had like 22 messages and every last one of them were from single moms or "prefer not to say"
And I mean I was raised by a single mom and I have the utmost respect for my mother but I always told myself 1. i'm not rewarding you for being a whore by coming in and cleaning up your mess or because you decided to fall out of love with the guy you shacked up with when you were 22 where the frick where you when I was 22 years old busting my arse and 2. I just had my first child 2 months ago and it wasn't fair to me to raise another child before i raised my own. The money I save for my child's education is not going to your child it's going to mine.
There were a few girls that I really liked, they just had kids and i couldn't take them seriously one in particular i would have married honestly but i stuck to my guns and lo and behind eventually one came along with no kids that had the same mindset as myself.
I mean, women on their own are bad enough / enough drama. when you frick a single mom all her problems become your problems.

Your 30s will last beyond 33 and at some point 25 year olds will be dumb arse kids and not worth the BS.

i'm 34 today and 25 year old already are dumb arse kids lol
My GF, who actually has the same birthday as me today is her birthday too lol, is exactly three years younger than me so she's 31 i met her when she was 29. really that's about as young as i can go.
anything younger than that, the stupidity of the woman offsets any extra hotness she may add.
i like older women too i have no qualms boning a 45 year old if she's still hot. to me the sweet spot is three years younger to three to four years older.

But be careful of the quick clingers and keep the relationship light light commitment and give them time to shed their masks to make sure they aren't bat shite crazy. Bc there are a lot of them out there who can mask it for a little while.
