Legality of taking sand from a beach

I'm sure everyone here has a private jet that can shoot them over to their condo on various nude beaches across the world, but my learjet is having the oil changed. I'm tossing around the idea of collecting a small bottle of sand from a few destinations on my upcoming trip but I don't want to end up on Chapo's hit list.
Anyone ever done it internationally? Is it legal? Fwiw, I'm thinking a small sammich bag full, not 5 gallon buckets.
Here's a pic from my last trip for your troubles.
If this belongs on the travel board, feel free to move it. Thought I might get more responses here.

Racist. Making the black chick stand at the back of the line.

Them gals probably bring home more sand in their vagina than you can fit into a 5 gallon bucket.

Number one in my book.

Not sure about taking it from the beach... but you make a compelling argument for not taking sand to the beach.

A) Why?
B) Why would it be illegal if you have a valid answer to A?
3) Even if it was illegal, how would you get caught?
D) White bikini team wins.

Not sure if this belongs on any board to be honest.

I'd say sand is in ferae naturae and subject to the rule of capture.

Thus my sentence on it being an international venture.
I'm not worried about sand from Holly Beach or Grand Isle.

My parents have a koi pond in their back yard that has water blended from almost every major river in the Southeast and some from places like the Colorado River (Grand Canyon). My dad would take empty wine bottles on trips and make me and or my brothers fill them when we went somewhere he did not have water from. We'd get home and he'd add it to the koi pond and a list. Last I know he had water from 60+ different places in there.

I recommend not declaring it as it has no value.
