Even though #2 is slightly off the quadrant, if you start the quadrant at handi-potty #1, #2 is definitely in that quadrant.
One other part is the full quadrant we have is not "full" in view. How many potties is the column obscuring? 2? 3?

I didn't want my calculation to go this route...having to research all that...
But the good news is, those data are here now. And if I get near about the same answer two different ways, they'll corroborate each other!

I think 3 is the most reasonable assumption not including the half a pot we can see.
