Brits should probably be more understanding, especially considering they were in the U.S. and it certainly appears that Lebron's heart was in the right place. They pulled this same shite when Michelle Obama touched the Queen. I mean, how dare the wife of the President of United States put her filthy hands on the Queen?! I'm far from being Team Obama, but their reaction to that situation was pretty aggravating.

Kate and LeBron are both celebrities. They are equals and most Americans see it that way. I realize that their favorite pastime is to criticize Americans, but Brits should look in the mirror before they allow themselves to be offended by LeBron's lack of cultural sensitivity.
British royalty are mostly fashion or cultural icons to Americans. They are basically on the same level as Paris Hilton or that Beaver kid as far as Americans go.
