Law enforcement isn’t a “health care provider.”

Does it matter that the person who actually draws the blood is a health care provider, not law enforcement?

Does law enforcement have any responsibility to safeguard the information since it was obtained from a health care provider/professional?

Not sure about HIPPA, but if we talking HIPPO, I'm certain she post in the GMT Thrays

At this point on this board, simply spelling HIPAA correctly is akin to showing off

Congrats on the DUI. I think a made up HIPAA violation is the least of your problems. Please post your body cam footage when released so I can watch you argue this on the side of the road.

On healthcare safaris, Hippa's are badass. They're like Rino's, just not as horny. But they have way bigger teeth. They are some of the most dangerous animals in muddy federal rivers.

Next time I'm pulled over for a DUI I'm gonna tell the cop that I can't divulge my BAC due to HIPAA regulations.

Teflon Rob they gonna call me!

Just tell him you're too drunk to understand your Miranda rights. Then the judge has to disallow any evidence collected at the stop.

Literally can't go tits up.
