I pay $72.50 per service and I think there is 8 services per year. My front yard looks pretty good with the exception of a two clover patches that would I have thought would have been prevented. My backyard looks like shite with poa Anna all over.

I used them but wasn't satisfied with the results. I also didn't like the millions of calls to try and get me to buy additional treatments or products. Cancelling the service was another process. I must have gotten 10 phone calls wanting me to come back. I finally had to get shitty with them and the calls stopped. I moved to Virginia and damn it if I didn't get a letter in the mail from these frickers. They're the ones who probably found bin laden.

I had Scott's a long time ago & the only reason I got rid of them was because they wouldn't call me prior to coming out to service the lawn. They would call after ringing the door bell & I worked an hour away. I kept telling them to give me 24 to 48 hours notice but for some reason they just couldn't or wouldn't do it.

Had Tru-Green & they SUCK!

IMO you should find a local/Mom & Pop service; every customer is vital to their survival.

No. Still too early. The grass is still in a dormant state. You want to weed and feed after your first cut of real grass growth. That's usually around the beginning of April.

So does anyone know of a mom and pop in Baton Rouge. I have a small yard, less than 11,000 sqft.

FWIW, it's not too early to treat weeds.
