Rebel loving my egg smoker thingy. I love how fast you can sear some steaks and then kill the heat and save the coal for next time. Perfect steaks in 6 mins and very juicy.

Don't hate on my beam I've been drinking beam since I was 15. It's cheap and I like the taste.
I drink Woodford a lot too. But beam is my mainstay.
Kinda like when I go up to our land I pick up a 30 rack of buschhhhhhhhhh. Preferably in hunters orange cans.

I need to make a trip over there again soon. Haven't been since a Memphis in may trip sometime in the aughts. My son has discovered Elvis, so I think he may enjoy Graceland and Sun Studios. And there are some places I've seen on a few cooking shows I'd like to try out .
ETA--how far are y'all from Oxford?

Definitely worth it. I kept my gas grill just for quick things like burgers and hot dogs but ribs, steaks, etc on the egg smoker from now on. Can't beat the flavor.
