It had rained a good bit every day before the constant 3 day rain started on the Thursday.

Everyone should be fine.

Flood warning on the Bogue Falaya already. My GF is climbing the walls. She flooded in March and her house still isn't right.

I would think the rivers are lower since we haven't had much rain in the last couple months.

I've told her that but she isn't buying it. She's shellshocked. She has a beautiful house just north of Covington, but she's ready to walk away from it for any reasonable offer.

We will be fine...it will take 6-8 inches of rain in that 48-72 hour period to cause any worry to creep in.

Last flood we had 30" of rain in multiple places and 15-20" in most. They are calling for 8" at most. So we are fine. Unless you flood multiple times a year anyway

Are you a fearmongering troll or just stupid? We're not getting 15+ inches of rain everywhere and 30+ inches in the northern parts of the Amite river basin.

Br will be okay. Parts of the Northshore should stay alert.
