Thanks for playing. You either have child porn or you don't. THere's no fricking in between. If there was even a faint chance of this being legitimate, the prosecutors wouldn't have had to walk it back immediately.

It was a 404B notice intending to introduce additional evidence during the trial of crimes for which he was actually charged, none of which are possession of child pornography. He was never charged with child porn.

FIFY. Sadeghi has a former AUSA as his counsel while Canizarro has already had to yank a 30 years something ADA off the case. I'd say things are looking up for Sadeghi. I don't know Sadeghi at all. He probably is a huge dbag. But canizzaro's way of doing business is a joke.
