I'm here with this. State says 0.08 is presumptively drunk. Don't drive around with 0.08 and you have nothing to worry about. Anyone who thinks that a 0.11 3 hours after the crash doesn't prove he was impaired and shouldn't have been driving - at all - much less a high performance car at a high rate of speed on a public road with a passenger is a chronic drunk driver, IMHO.
How can I conclude that? Because only a chronic drunk driver thinks that set of facts is "no big deal."
