Of all the irresponsible advice in this thread, you my little petite win 1st place. I pray you never lose a loved one due to another's dumbass outlook on traffic laws. At some point I hope you lose permanent privileges to drive and rot in jail.

Not only that, but they could never prove you even received the notice in the mail. They don't send certified or have it served. It's just mailed where there's no record of delivery. That's why I never even contact them which would show I received it.

If you lost a loved one, I'm sorry. But fining drivers for a very slow rolling right turn is criminal and you can GFY
I dare you to post the stats of wrecks that happened there involving cars turning right.it's the exact same scenario of turning right on Amb from Johnston, but you don't have to stop there....and verot to Ambassador...same, no stop needed, no cameras, no right turn wrecks.

If you want to fight it, here is one that worked. Either pay it or fight it, do not ignore it. That could just create a headache later on.
