Yeah. My wife just told me about it and I remembered seeing this thread and knew it had to be the same thing.

Texas Justice? As in probation for 'affluenza' when killing 4 others?

Just said facing 3 counts of negligent homicide will be the charge. Should be capital murder imo

The dps officer could not catch up. He called for more police help and the first cop on the scene saw the crash as he was traveling north.
Were they chasing her?

A girl I know considers Courtney her "little sister" and has been posting about it on Facebook. It's really sad. RIP Courtney and her sister and I hope the woman who hit them rots in jail!

Why does the guilty party never die in these accidents?

You don't know anything about Louisiana laws either if you think prison sentences aren't long enough.

Supposeddly no cops in pursuit yet.
A DPS officer clocked the initial 150mph and deputies working an accident scene clocked the 121. Neither was in a position to catch her and just radioed a head. A deputy waiting ahead saw the wreck in his rearview mirror.

The camaro ss was clocked in buna texas at 150+.

Didn't get a chance to finish my post above, but I didn't know a Camaro SS could do 150+. Must have been tricked out. I like to 'exercise' my cars, but the trouble is, you have idiots on the road that are in another world, they don't pay attention. Whether you agree or not, if you see someone coming up behind you fast in the left lane, pull the frick over! I couldn't pull up the article, so don't know how the accident happened, or who's fault the accident was, but just because someone was going fast does not imply they were at fault.
