Kagon Duplantis of Bourg was booked with animal cruelty, the report says. Another woman, Jazmine Babin, 18, of Bourg, was issued a misdemeanor summons for cruelty to animals for allegedly injuring the rabbit.
The video was brought to the attention of the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office in December.
