Typical!

Don't look at my record and what I am doing let me divert your attention elsewhere.

Man I am losing faith fast in the American/Louisiana people to elect anyone worth a damn.

Sweet, Nakamoto is in their heads. Sounds like she's insinuating that Chris is spot-on with his COA reporting.

I think we can all agree that democracy was a cute idea and we gave it an honest shot. But it's time to try something else.

Is she calling out the governor for lack of leadership?

I know, no way; however, Edwards hasn't shown any ability to craft a plan and bring all sides together.

His plan for the CAT came from nowhere, and had no one's support from day one because he put it on the table without putting together a coalition to support it.

Then he puts forth his budget, and spends every penny that the state is to get without conserving anything for over runs.

JBE doesn't lead, he tries to force things through.

Well, considering we were designed as a Republic that was eroded into the illegitimate bastard of a Democracy, I would be fine with going back to a true federated republic again. But that would require some acknowledgement of state's rights and a level of personal responsibility of the general population.

The welfare society that has been allowed to grow and prosper has destroyed the fabric of our society that pushed us to become the global power that we are today.

Jesus Christ you people love to get hung up on semantics. How about "representative government", does that work?

I'm just saying that we probably shouldn't have any input on who our leaders are from now on. We do a bad job of picking them.

Democracy worked pretty good until we started letting everybody vote

I'd be mad too if I was a BR area legislator. They don't want a special session because their per dium is much much less than those repping districts outside of the BR metro. Those from more than an hour away like special sessions because it means more money for them.
