It would be inadmissible most likely and I'm not sure it wouldn't have any affect unless you had some soft skinned millenial that has never been dressed down like that by someone in authoirty on any jury. Some punk arse kid yelled F the Police and he got what I consider a stern talking to and hopefully a little lesson in life.
That apparently was a small town suburb and he knew who those kids were. Did you watch the entire video? The cop had seen him before in court with a weed charge and knew his step dad.

Saw someone gets pulled over by that same cop and some real shite is found. However, the stop was questionable. That case could get tossed because this cop has history of being an arse.

I'm pretty much the most uncool person in the world. I have never smoked, done drugs and I rarely drink. In high school and college a late night was spent studying.
When I was 22, I said the word shite in a small business as I was walking out after I felt I got taken advantage of. The fat crazy female that I said the word shite to called the small town Mississippi police without my knowledge.
Five minutes after I left, I was pulled over and asked by a courteous officer if I had just left said business, I said yes, and explained my frustration to the officer. It was very evident that I felt slighted and vented on my way out but he explained to me that the minimum wage worker felt threatened. Not 60 seconds later there were 10 cop cars surrounding me. The redneck "captain" came over and basically dog cussed me and told me I was going to jail. Finally, the original officer took him aside and obviously explained to him what I had told him.
They called my license and vehicle in, opened it up and moved some things around, and finally told me to go by telling me my arse better never be on the road that the business was on again.
It was just over the top.

The kid was also pulled over with a bullshite probable cause and had to undergo an illegal search. The cop also invited him to fight knowing full well the kid couldn't do a damn thing about it.
The lesson that kid learned is that people with a badge will abuse the frick out of that authority.

If he wanted to teach him a lesson he could've just arrested the kid then dropped the whole thing at the station. Dude wanted to be a badass and now he better hope he didn't abuse his badge to the wrong people in the past
