Looks like many areas in Baltimore and DC. I’m flying to chicago tonight and it’s got lots at areas like this as well. And as pointed out earlier Biden got votes from 127% of the residents.

You’re right. It was much better to lock them up and spend money policing a drug no worse than alcohol.
I would argue the exact opposite. It was when our government went to war with its own people about issues of personal choice that this became inevitable. I’m talking the 1930s-present.
