From North Carolina. Old baw is peacefully kayaking along when he encounters an irritable gator.

Oh the alligators splashed! How frightening!
I went in expecting the alligator to eat the kayak.

I saw this yesterday. The only mildly interesting thing about it is it being in North Carolina and not LA or FL.

I saw a show on TV about 3 guys kayaking in Africa. Croc ate the trailing kayaker.

The next episode was just two guys kayaking in Africa.

I didn't think gators went up north that far. In Georgia, Lake Eufala is about as far north as you see them.

I was kayak fishing in Delacroix one day and drifted up on a point. Gator must have been sunning and I didn’t see it until it took off under my kayak in about a foot of water. I was standing and when it hit me I almost fell over the side. It wasn’t intentional on the gators part but I almost pissed myself.

There’s a ton in South Carolina and southeastern corner of NC. Lake Waccamaw (where that guy was kayaking) has quite a few. Sometimes they’ll make their way up the far eastern parts of N.C. but really won’t find them north of the Wilmington area
