Her mother deserved to be killed and the boyfriend that killed her should be paroled also.
Her mother was a sick bitch.

I don't know why, but something creeps me out about this girl. I know the basic information and haven't followed all the details. I did watch the series on I think Hulu.. And its just a creepy situation to me.

Have you watched The Act series on Hulu? I haven't, just curious if it's worth an 8 episode deep dive

What the Mother did to this girl was horrific; her whole existence was a falsity contrived by her mother. While I have sympathy for the girl, there is no way a person survives that childhood and emerges psychologically healthy. So yes, she’s a little creepy.

quote:No, it’s on Lifetime. My wife was watching it while I was on my tablet and I started watching it also.
Is it on Netflix?
It’s a two night documentary. Two hours tonight and two hours tomorrow.
The surgeries and shite her mother put her through is insane.

Dateline made a good episode about it too

Could I get a brief synopsis of what the mother did? I know nothing of these people and don’t feel like googling and reading a long story.

Really? Does she have family here or something?

Why has this girl become a media darling? She's everywhere now.

She was originally from Louisiana, though in the NOLA area. A big part of her evil mother's plan was "losing her medical records in Katrina".

My wife is watching it right now on Lifetime
I had never heard of this story until today when she told me about it
I guess I’ll have to check it out
