Apparently they aren't or Baton Rouge has a pretty low bar since not one shred of evidence supports such a notion. Next time you go in though, take a good look at the hand piece and figure out if it rotates or not...

Some LWNJ that told you fluoride toothpaste was bad for you too?

Incidentally, the dentist said that beyond age 60 (which I am) flouride is useless in toothpaste, if you've been using flouride toothpaste and drinking fluoridated water your entire life.

He's wrong about that too. Good thing my dentist has a Ph.D. in cellular/molecular pathology to back it up though.

Not true. Here is a little light reading for you from the ADA regarding Fl2 use both systemically and topically.

Order it off of Amazon. I got mine from there. They sell regular people models and models for dentists to sell. The ones for dentists are the exact same thing, different product number, and cheaper

So how much free radicals are in toothpaste?

Anyway, I've been thinking about buying one of these. Think I'm gonna buy one.

I'm as skeptical a person as there is. Switched to Sonicare last year. The difference is definitely noticeable

I got the Sonicare Flexcare 2 pack at Costco after Christmas for $119.

Just a heads up, Costco often has the replaceable head 6 pack on sale for $39.99, which is a helluva deal. I usually see it at least 2 or 3 times a year and make sure to stock up on heads then.

a sonicare toothbrush and a waterpik with an inch of mouthwash and then filled with warm water will put your dentist out of business.

You're not supposed to actually "brush" your teeth with them. You just kinda ride the toothbrush over your teeth. A lot of people don't know that
