You do realize you dont have to automatically be against the black man's side right. Its ok, sometimes the black man is in the right, and white guy is wrong. It happens

You do realize that some people can arrive at an opinion without knowledge of the races of the people involved in a situation, right? It happens.

any attempt to enforce the law against a cop is an unholy affront to all police that must be stopped
Police (or any in positions of civil authority) who abuse that power are especially heinous and there should be additional charges for abuse of official power or breaking the law "under color of authority". These people asked for their positions of authority and need to be held to THE HIGHEST standard, when found guilty. If not suspected of guilt, they should be afforded some leeway to carry out their missions.

I've wondered sometimes if this happened to me while in bed and did not hear "POLICE" yelled out, I'd have grabbed my hand gun and started shooting.
If I shut and killed a police officer (and survived the encounter) would I be charged with murder?

That's fricked up.. If you were in your bed, at night, sleeping and the police busted into your house, tasered, punched and dragged you out what would you do... If you were innocent?
This thread shows how ignorant people can be. Some of you are just down right racist.

The fact that he only managed to win $18 from this slam dunk case tells me he is a terminal moron, for starters
How does the amount of damages awarded have any bearing whatsoever on the plaintiff's intelligence? Do you think this guy was crafting his own legal strategy, filing his own motions, making the arguments in court, etc.?

Morons are not good with money. Simple as that.

Well, he did hire the attorney that was doing all of the above.
