Basically this. These are the same people that lose their mind when someone suggests that racism still exists and is quite prevalent at times. Look no further than this fricking thread.
The ignorance on both sides of these issues is infuriating. Not everything is racist or the fault of racism, but even though it is better today than it was in 1950, it certainly isn't eradicated by any stretch of the imagination.
