Guilt by association. The cops admit they have no evidence they took part in the shootout. They don't even have a shred of evidence they did anything wrong whatsoever. All they have is the fact this guy had a patch that reads "I support the Fat Mexican". For that alone he's facing up to 10 years in prison and having a felony record.
