So much for any supposed lawsuits for wrongful arrest. A word of advice, no problem wearing an "I Support Charles Manson" shirt. Just don't get caught wearing it and be in the house while his people are slaughtering others.

In all seriousness, I suspect this couple is going to see some time but won't see a lot of it. Hopefully it will make others think twice though before they openly (or even secretly) support criminal organizations like the Bandidos.

udges usually have cozy relationships with the law enforcement agencies. It's all one big industry.

What does this mean?

Grown men putting on costumes and riding around town with other men in costumes, trying to find something to take pride in because they realize they're still the same losers they've always been.

I hate to do this because it will only encourage Darth but you really need to read the article. Basically, the government is arguing that these particular people never did anything criminal other than wear a small patch that says they support the Bandidos. In fact, the patch only says "I support the Fat Mexican" but they feel that is sufficient grounds for felony RICO style charges. No two ways about it, that is fricked up.

That's like saying everyone who owned a Dallas Cowboys jersey in the 1980's should have been arrested. The Cowboys defensive line had more arrests than the Bandidos.

The cops or the bikers? I'd say it's a draw.

IDGAF about bikers

They have big problems, they're bringing drugs, they're bringing crime, they're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.

This. What happened in Waco back in May was fricked up up and has only been getting worse since then. Facing felony RICO charges for nothing more than having a piece of cloth on your clothing? And the most sad part of it all is so many people are good with it just because they're doing this to people they hate and fear.

Thanks Donald!

I was in Waco last week/weekend. While checking out in Academy sports we were in line behind a man in jeans, tennis shoes, tee shirt, with his leather vest full of biker patches. He was an officer in the Waco HOG group. He looked to me to be just a regular guy who enjoys riding on the weekends and certainly did not look threatening in the least.

Not everyone on a bike is a bad person, but like always the bad ruin things for the good.

I mean this. All of this. How can anyone be okay with that ruling? These folks may in fact deserve to be in jail, but if the reasoning is a patch, how can you support that?

When are the tapes being released, Darth?

No idea when those tapes will see the light of day. We just a fe days ago finally got the autopsy reports and still have yet to see the ballistic reports. Seriously, if anyone looks at this whole story from an objective standpoint, they should be shocked and terrified anything like Waco could happen in this country.

Yeah, considering many were former defense attorneys.

I'm sure that's what's happening here, though. The bikers are all innocent victims of the system.

You're still talking about this?

Also, no one is afraid of bikers. You can check out South Park to clear up what we think about you since this site has word filters.

You, more than just about anyone else here, stink of fear and loathing. I'v seen you in all these Waco threads proving that point. I'm sorry some biker bullied do you or banged your old lady. But not all of us are criminals or thugs. Stop being a pussy and unless you have something constructive to add to the conversation stay out of these threads if you don't like the topic.
