This is an unacceptable outcome but not surprising for the 19th JDC. It is literally a laughing stock among courts across the nation.

Exactly. At her Probation Revocation hearing, Judge Jackson mention a letter from the employer she stole from saying she is not meeting the conditions of her probation. I won't mention his name here for obvious reasons.
Ms. Johnson should have had her probation revoked and put in jail. As it is, she stole $79k from him and got off scott free. And she has 3 outstanding warrants for arrest not taken in either.

Looks like Ms. Johnson made her way out of a month and a half jail run.
One of the first things she does is update her FB page still railing on the Judge.

Fixed it, thanks. Apparently the ID used in the live EBRSO online database is dynamic and not tied to an inmate. While it was accurate earlier, 6 people had been added to the system and the IDs shifted.

When they are making restitution payments it's a no-brainer to let them work and remain out of prison system.
