Have my first few job interviews tomorrow on campus and was looking for some tips. What should I be prepared for in the interviews? Should I have a brief understanding about the company's and what they've done? What kind of questions should I have prepared?

Ask how much paid time off you get a year, and if they work half day Fridays.

Makes you seem desperate. Companies are like women, they only want people who don't want them, act like you don't give a shite and they'll throw money at you.

Prepare to talk professionally/not a college kid and to answer questions about yourself

You should know most things about the company that is public. Don't try and impress them w/ this knowledge, it is expected not impressive

You should also have insight into the job role

What kind of questions should I have prepared?

-Questions about company direction
-Questions about what they want in an ideal candidate
-Questions about workplace environment
-When you should expect to hear back from them

First thing you do is you take your dick out and slap it on the table. That lets the interviewer know that you aren't fricking around.

They're actually for internships. So I don't think that applies here. But I'll keep it in mind

This ^^^^^ Remain aloof and pull up Facebook on your phone midway through the process. They'll see that you are a multi-tasker and tech savvy.

Some internships require drug testing, make sure to have them clarify their policy.

Even better. Ask something along the lines of the potential for being hired full time after you graduate.

Ask about a bonus when completion of the internship is up. I know for me, 12 years ago, I was paid $4000/month for my 4 month internship and received 50% internship compensation, $8,000, as a bonus.

It's probably gone up to 75% now, be sure to ask.

-Dark suit with conservative (can't go wrong with navy) tie.
-Have resume handy on good bond paper.
-Definitely have questions prepared. Ex. "What is a typical day like"?, "What is the turnover rate?"?, "Any big projects coming up"?.
-Relax and smile
-Don't lie and exaggerate unless you can back it up.
-No showing of private parts. At least until you get the job.

One of the best things someone told me is don't use yes sir or he's ma'am. They understand you want to be respectful but you also want them to treat you like an adult and are on their level.
