Jet lag sucks

Took me 20 hours to get back from Germany to New Orleans last night and I've been sitting here wide awake for hours. I guess staying up the whole trip back doesn't really help that much.

Its much worse going to Europe from the states.
Every time I go back home it just extends my day a little bit.
The key is forcing yourself to go to bed at the right time to reset your clock.

Fly by pharmaceutical. My flights back home are 37 hours on average.

Same thing for me last week. I took me 6 days to feel normal again. A lot of naps were involved.
