North Louisiana would be much happier about this. Hell in 50 years all south LA will be is NOLA, Tiger Stadium, and some good fishing.

Lol, at anyone that thinks North Louisiana is the revenue suckhole that South Louisiana is. South Louisiana is where tax dollars go to disappear.
