Why not just round up the dogs? That seems like the best solution.

Is there a worse logo for a university anywhere? I am pretty sure a 10 year old special needs kid could do better than this:

1. Complain that monuments scare us.
2. Complain that dogs scare us.
3. Complain that water in the school pool scares us.

Omega Psi Phi's Que Dogs needs to be expelled from campus because their dog barks are scaring people walking around campus.
